Terms & Conditions – Skyline Mobile

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you rent and or purchase a SIM and or eSIM from Skyline Mobile (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
The Customer’s contract is exclusively with the Company. The Company obtains the right to provide the services described herein from its telecommunications providers (including, but not limited to, Sky Call, Wecom, Hot Mobile, Cellcom, Bezeq, Pelephone, etc.). The Customer acknowledges and agrees that they have no rights or claims of any kind against these providers.
All information relating to the Customer’s use of the services—including, without limitation, call details, times, durations, and any other usage data—shall be provided by the providers solely to the Company. The Customer expressly waives any and all rights of privacy with respect to such information.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason, to suspend, disconnect, or cancel the Customer’s service without prior notice.
The records, invoices, and other documentation of the Company and/or its providers relating to the services shall be deemed final and binding on the Customer.
The Company may include the Customer’s name and other relevant details in any database or publication maintained by the Company.
1. Nature of the Agreement
This is a month-to-month rental agreement with a 3-month minimum commitment unless its a short term plan.
Your rental will automatically continue each month until you cancel in accordance with Section 6.
There is no fixed end date unless you request cancellation.
The SIM/eSIM always remains the property of Skyline Mobile.
2. Fees & Payment
Activation Fee: There is a one time activation fee of $18 (one-time, non-refundable once activated) except for short term plans .
Billing Cycle: Monthly rental fees are automatically charged at the start of each month for the previous month’s usage.
Minimum Term: All plans require a 3-month minimum except short term plans.
Early Cancellation: Please see Section 6.
Non-Payment: If payment cannot be processed, Skyline Mobile reserves the right to suspend service until payment is made.
3. Phone Compatibility & Locked Devices
Customers must ensure their phone is unlocked before activating a Skyline Mobile SIM or eSIM.
If the SIM/eSIM is activated and the phone is later discovered to be locked by another provider and cannot be unlocked:
No refund will be given for the activation fee and if cancelled will go in accordance with Section 6.
All above applies to an eSIM that is activated and is later discovered that the device is not eSIM compatible.
4. Plan Usage & Features
Plans are for single-user use and within Israel only.
All plans include hotspot access.
Coverage and performance may vary by region — contact us for advice before purchase.
International Calling: Includes calls to the USA and Canada. Additional countries may be included — check before calling.
Local Talk & Text: Includes calls and texts to any Israeli mobile number.
International Calls (if not included in your plan): $3/minute.
International Texts : $1/message.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for all charges incurred during your rental period.
The SIM/eSIM must not be used for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
You must unlock your device before arriving in Israel.
Skyline Mobile is not responsible for any inability to use the SIM due to a locked or incompatible device.
6. Cancellation Policy
Right to Cancel
Customers are entitled to cancel any service agreement within 14 days of the date of purchase.

The cancellation will take effect from the date the request is received by us.
Billing and Charges
If the service has not yet started, all payments already made will be refunded, excluding the one-time activation fee.
If the service has started, billing will apply pro-rata only for the period the service was provided.
The activation fee is non-refundable once the service has been activated, regardless of when cancellation occurs.
A cancellation fee may be applied only in the following cases:
If a Long-Term Plan, Kosher Plan, or WiFi Plan is cancelled within 3 months of activation.
The fee will not exceed 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.
Termination of Charges
Upon receiving the cancellation request, all ongoing billing will be stopped within:
3 business days if received by email, WhatsApp or phone.
6 business days if received by registered mail.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Customers will receive a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) once the cancellation has been processed.
The service will be disconnected at the time of written confirmation from the company.
The final invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month.
Mid-Cycle Cancellation
If the service is cancelled during a billing cycle, the customer will be charged only for the actual days of use up to the cancellation date. No additional charges will apply beyond that date.
7. eSIM Rentals
eSIM profiles are deactivated once your rental is cancelled.
eSIM rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
8. Physical SIM Responsibility
Physical SIMs must be kept in good condition.
Lost, stolen, or damaged SIMs may incur a replacement charge and a delivery fee.

9. Liability & Service Limitations
Skyline Mobile is not responsible for network outages, speed reductions, or coverage gaps.
We are also not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions or device incompatibility.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
12. Summary
The confirmation of these Terms and Conditions at checkout, constitutes the entire agreement
between the parties, and no amendment or modification hereto shall be in force unless it is in writing or via email.
The Customer acknowledges that changes made to the contract including termination of the
same through the medium of email are legal and binding when confirmed by the Company.
Any disputes between the parties shall be adjudicated by the rabbinical courts of Jerusalem under halachic (Jewish) law.
Service of process on the Customer may be made at the address of the Customer, as set out on signed contract.
Furthermore, these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice.
